About
I am a product design leader who builds user-centered products inspired by research insights and data. I'm the Group Design Lead for the Send area at Wise focused on strategic direction and helping coach designers within the squads.
Over the last 15 years I have partnered with product teams to bring a research-driven approach to digital product design from discovery through to product launches and iteration. This led me to work with a vast range of companies in global ecommerce, health tech, news, entertainment and fintech.
I’ve grown, recruited and led multidisciplinary teams across research, ux, creative technology, product and service design. I believe passionately in managing teams with a coaching mindset, building empathy and championing people in the teams I lead.
I have mentored early-stage startups on user research as part of the Google Launchpad Program and Junior UX Designers through UXPA. Over the last ten years I have written talks, designed workshops and spoken at conferences across the globe. Covering topics such as user research, trend forecasting, ethics and using data to inform a product strategy. I’m currently a guest lecturer at Falmouth university in product design.
